Garden Room & Storage Shed - Kelsall

We replaced an old tired out pre-fabricated garage with a beautiful new redwood shiplap clad garden room with storage. We were able to utilise the existing base to offer some cost efficiency.
The doors and windows were colour matched to the existing ones on the main house with black uPVC fascias and trims in keeping with the house.
The cladding is Redwood shiplap with a EPDM rubber roof and a large roof light centred over the garden room. The room was finished off with a laminate floor.
As part of our service we carefully took down the existing pre-fab concrete garage.
