Alternative Roofing finishes to your individual style and taste and both Timber, Aluminium & UPVC Doors and Windows.
For the base we can install a concrete slab or provide and advice on alternative solutions should site conditions or your requirements prefer otherwise.
Whilst we would always suggest a fully Insulated garden room, each build is tailored to your personal requirements.
Cladding
We offer a comprehensive range of materials for both the exterior and interior façades.
Below are examples of our more popular ranges, however we are happy and able to install any traditional façade material including cedar.

Internal Finishes:
We can offer plasterboard, moisture resistant MDF board or timber t&g boards.
Roofing
We are able to offer a wide choice of roof finished including, EPDM Firestone Rubber roofing, traditional felt, cedar shingles, liquid applied systems and even aluminium panels.
Our standard roofing system is the EPDM Firestone rubber roofing and this provides a 25 year guarantee and is a proven, cost effective system.
We also install roofing lights which allow natural light to flood into the room, these give a natural element to roof and are very cost efficient. They can be any size or shape.
As our site progress photos demonstrate, we can build and shape and size roof/garden room.
Doors & Windows
We can supply and install Aluminium and UPVC doors and windows from our trusted local suppliers as well as custom made fully glazed units (please see the photos in our Projects section) as well as traditional Hardwood & Softwood doors.
Floor Finishes
We can supply and install a range of floor finishes to suit your individual requirements. Below is a sample of engineered wood flooring and laminate.
Our floor panels come finished with 18mm hardwood plywood to enable our clients to add any finish at a later date to their requirements.
Roof Lights
Roof lights allow natural light to flood into your garden room. We can supply and install triple glazed flat roof lights as well and lantern roof lights.
