Larch clad garden room and shed

This garden room was to replace an existing single skin brick garage that suffered from damp and flooding. We installed a perimeter drainage pipe to collect the ground water and connected this into the main drainage system to ensure a robust solution. The garden room was split approx 60/40 to allow for a storage section.
Clad in locally sourced larch with aluminium bi-fold doors to the garden room and custom built and sized timber doors to the storage section. EPDM roof and plastered in the garden room.
