Cedar Clad Garden Room

We created a beautiful garden room for our clients with cedar vertical cladding, wing walls and roof overhang. The cedar was treated with UV protection oil for a maintenance free garden room. The room will be multi functional and the bi-fold doors allow the room to be opened up to view the garden.
A wood (engineered wood) floor was specified and installed with a plasterboard finish to the walls and ceiling. LED downlights were installed internally and to the soffit to illuminate the cabin to show off the beautiful cedar cladding.
There are more works to follow for this project with the garden having a make over in 2022, at which point the external decking to the front conceal the concrete slab which is currently visible at front.
The heavy duty engineered beams over the whole of the front elevation and additionally over the doors provide the stability for the roof and doors.
